If the tank is done, we size the new unit for the house, replace worn valves where needed, check the venting and gas connection, and take the old tank away. For tankless equipment, we service and flush units that are accessible and installed to code.

Straight answers
Can a leaking tank be repaired?
A leaking valve or connection often can. If the steel tank itself is leaking, replacement is the proper repair. Put a pail under it if safe and call before the damage spreads.
Should I switch to tankless?
Sometimes. It depends on gas capacity, venting, water use and how long you plan to stay in the home. We’ll compare the real installation work, not just the equipment price.
How long does a hot water tank last?
Many Alberta tanks land around 8 to 12 years, but water quality, maintenance and installation matter. Age alone does not tell the whole story.
